You agree to leave your ID card (KTP) with us during the rental and hold a driving licence.
Foreign tourists agree to a photo of their passport being taken for our records.
You are fully responsible for the rented bike.
Ride carefully and follow the traffic rules.
Returning after the agreed time costs an overtime fee of half a day's rent.

FAQ
What is the minimum rental?
2 days. The longer you rent, the lower the daily price.
What do I need to bring?
Your original ID. We hold it during the rental and return it when we pick the bike up.
How do I book?
Fill in the booking form on this website, or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and the bike you want. Our admin confirms the time and delivery address on WhatsApp.
Where is delivery free?
Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu and Ngurah Rai airport.
What time can you deliver?
Delivery and pickup run 24 hours, late flights included.
What if I stay outside the free zones?
We still deliver, for an extra fee based on distance. We tell you the fee when we confirm on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Two options: pay online through the booking form, or pay when the bike is delivered.
Do I need to pay a down payment?
No. motoranbali never takes a down payment, so you're protected from scams. Your trust is our first priority.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Choose to pay when the bike is delivered, so you only pay once the bike is in front of you. Our only official contacts are WhatsApp +62 823-3905-0410 and Instagram @motoranbali. If someone claims to be motoranbali from another number or account and asks for a transfer, don't pay and let us know.
Is there a cash deposit?
Your original ID, held during the rental, is the deposit.
